Hi Everyone This Is David From Geek Annoyance

and this is my full review of the Nokia 700 mile phone now Before I start this review. I should say a big thank you to Vodafone encoder UK for lending me this handset to review you can pick up the Nokia 704 on Vodafone from just 26 pound per month on contract Now. I’m not going to go over all of the specifications in in this video because I’ve already done an unboxing on product or so if you want to check out the full specs. You don’t have to hit the annotation on your screen now or check the link underneath this video and that will take you to my video showing the unboxing of this mobile phone now I will give you a very quick tour. We’ve got a nice emmonak display on the front of the handset we’ve.

Got Some Physical Buttons Underneath For Making

and taking calls and also accessing the sort of menu and we’ve got a sensor on the front. We’ve also got on the top here the charging Jack Micro UK and three-and-a-half millimeter audio jack a nice slim profile as you can see and then on the bottom here. We’ve got a little place for connecting a wrist strap. We also got speaker just down here on this side direct access to the camera. We also got a lock button volume rocker and around on the back a really nice five megapixel camera and that’s supported by flash just above the lens.

There The 5 Megapixel Camera Performs Very Well

nice clean colors on the photos and something else to mention is to build quality very impressed with the build quality a nice metal back here under which the battery and UK card. Just finished off very nicely. This feels really nice in the hand now. I want to start by just talking a little bit about call quality and also about the battery life on this mobile phone first of all call quality incoming call quality via this speaker grille here extremely good pristine audio from incoming call quality outgoing call quality not quite so good but still more than acceptable underneath this battery cover here we have got a not via UK 5z battery and that does a really good job of powering the mobile phone I’ve been experienced in probably almost two days of use, and that’s awful medium use on this handset now the handsets running Symbian. It’s not running Android” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Android or anything so that’s why it looks a little bit different to some of the Android reviews.

Ive Been Doing Lately, But We Still

get plenty of home. screens to populate with widgets and shortcuts One of the really nice touches. I thought it’s every time I swipe between screens. You can see that background wallpaper changes. I think that’s really cool now.

I Mentioned Call Quality Im Just Going To

pop into these icons just to the bottom of the screen here. The middle one is the dialer nice large buttons to dial with let’s go back out to that home screen and then these other two. This one here gives you access to personalizing your phone with various widgets and shortcuts and the one on the Left gives us access to all of the contents on the phone and you can scroll by swiping on the capacitive touchscreen Nice shape icons on this as well. I think they’ve done a really good job of designing the user interface on the Nokia 700 just pop out so. That homescreen again I’m going to show you quickly look at messaging.

Im Going To Tap To Right In Here

you can see a little UK keypad pops up let’s give this a try in portrait format first of all and there you go I wasn’t being particularly careful in self-made a typo in the middle there and it’s a little bit hard with this size key to actually hit the right key. I think if you’re using it in portrait format or even either going to have to have very small thumbs. We’re going to have to put it down on a desk or table and use your fingers, but you can of course turn it round into landscape format and let’s give this another go loose and I’ve made a right hash of that I’m not the best type in the world, but you can see I’m. Still struggling with the size of the keys, Maybe you will do better. Maybe I just fail the typing, but it’s a good size keyboard in landscape, but I still struggle with it.

You Do Get Some Haptic Feedback As

you type in you might want to turn that off. I find it a little bit irritating overall a pretty decent sort texting experience. They noticed there. The actual all of the home screens actually rotate into landscape or portrait form as well, which is rather nice so let’s go into some web browsing now I’ve got the Apple website already loaded. It’s popped background into landscape.

Its A Nice Clear Screen Quite Fluid

in scrolling. You can see there’s a little bit of source data. We can pinch to Zoom and you can see that the text is nice and clear to read then connected by UK. At the moment let’s just go to the key K nodes website and it loads pretty fast. What you must take into account.

Is That My Website Is Very

video heavy, so it does take a long time to load all those videos in and at the moment it doesn’t support playback of video within the browser now I haven’t explored it quite enough I would imagine with some sort plug-in. You might well get the videos to play back, but it just comes up with a missing plug-in sort of error on the videos. If I go over to this side of the website, you can see it’s still loading in and struggling a little bit so for something like my website. This very Video heavy It is going to struggle but for simpler websites like the Apple one that I was on before but just go back to Apple calm. It loads nice and fast.

Its Probably Optimized For Mobile Viewing As Well,

and it’s just a pleasure to use for most websites but not all so it’s pop back out that home screen one more time and one thing that I always play on these mobile phones is Angry Birds I’ve already been playing it on this daming on. This is pretty good I think you’d be pleasantly surprised at how things play you look nice for you let’s just put that volume up so high volume. We’ve got a little bit of distortion there but not too bad at all. Let’s click play and we’ve got the familiar. Angry Birds game We can pinch to zoom in there or three levels.

luck completing the level and there we go It just plays nice and fluidly. I think this sort of phone is ideal for this type of game and the touch screens nice and responsive. So it does a good job for gaming, so the Nokia 700 where does it fit nowadays With all of these Android-based handsets well. It’s very difficult to say personally I probably wouldn’t buy and sort of non-Android or non-UK handset, but having said that the Symbian operating system does do a nice job.
