Hi Welcome To The Channel In Todays Video Were

going to do another rugged smartphone review. This time it’s theNK] H5 Pro so I’ve been sent this phone down to do a review of the use of but I’m not being paid in any way to to give it a positive review. So I’m going to give my honest um thoughts over owning it for about seven or eight weeks now and using it out and about so. I’ll show you the unboxing just so you can see what accessories it comes with and the kind of quality of packaging all the rest of it. I will quickly go through the basic specification of the phone.

I Dont Want To Spend Too Much Time

on that because I’m going to drop a link to the phone in the description, so you can go on there and find out more. More about it it’s not going to be a kind of tech review. This is more about the physical aspects of the phone and how I found to use it whilst out and about wild camping and hiking and stuff. One thing you notice about the phone straightaway is. It is an absolute Beast of a phone um big chunky quite heavy as well weighs 360 grams so not not one for ultralight Backpackers and hikers um and some of that bulk is because it’s got according to UK the loudest or most powerful smartphone speaker.

So I Thought This Was A Bit

of a gimmick at first, but actually I use this an awful lot. So if I’m in the shower I pop it on to a podcast and I listen to that in the shower. Sometimes I’ll have it on just whilst I’m doing stuff in house chores. And stuff I’ve got a set of wireless earphones which I use a lot, but if I don’t want to be bothering with those I’ll just pop um a podcast on the on the smart for addition to that way, so it’s actually a nice feature to have so I do use it quite a lot. It’s just a little speaker.

Its Okay For A Little Bit Of

music. Even it’s not going to be high five quality. But I find for podcasts and vocals and talking and stuff is actually really good so I do use it quite a lot just as a little listening device. So if you are out and about in a bit of a wild camp and stuff it is basically you know Bluetooth speaker. You can use it in that way.

You Dont Have To Take A

separate device so that’s that’s quite cool. It’s got a pretty solid specs in terms of the processor. It’s got a HElo G85 UK eight gigabyte UK 128 gigabyte of storage so I’ve not had any problems with the phone at all performance Wise It’s been smooth It’s been um done everything I want I don’t do any gaming Apparently the phone is quite good for game but I don’t really gain on the phone at all but for what I use it for so UK maps UK maps that kind of stuff all of that is absolutely fine. It’s a nice big screen as well, so you can get plenty map onto the screen and it goes reasonably bright as well. So it’s not too bad in daylight to to use so as a as a you know what I eat it for I’m out hiking and wild camp, and it’s absolutely fine and because it is quite a big screen.

Its Got A Decent Speaker Winter

camps if you’re stuck in a tent for a long time you can watch a video you know watch UK whatever you want and it’s absolutely fine for that another good thing. If you are taking out about wild camping and Hiking is it has got a massive battery. It’s got um a 7 000 milliamp hour battery so they reckon It provides around 400 hours of Stand by or 150 hours of non–stop music in the 32 hours of video so that’s really quite cool um it’s not got wireless charging, but it has got a charging dock so and. a wireless Docker home just to save having to constantly open up the UK charging port because it is a waterproof phone so I in an Ideal World. You don’t want to be taking the the waterproof cover in and out constantly um because you always like to wear over time, but you do get a couple of spare um rubber seals in the box, which I quite like so if you did lose one or one got damaged.

You Do Have A Couple Of Spares

before you need to actually go back to the company and ask for any more so like I said it is waterproof. It is a rugged smartphone. It’s supposed to be really durable. So apparently devices designed to survive repeated drops of 1. 5 meters, which is again about as high as you’d ever drop it from if you were carrying it unless you dropped.

It Off Of Something Like A Wall Or

a cliff. It can survive 99 Dusty environments or 30 minutes under 1. 5 meters of water. So it’s got IP68 IP69k and it’s also got Mil standard 810h standards as well. So there’s a load of different standards around that because again I’ll drop a link to all the link to the phone in the description stuff so you can go and check out the full specifications for yourself.

You Can See What Its Designed

like it’s very much like the phone I bought for myself the black B1. It’s got the same kind of stuff. Although this phone is a much chunkier, much beefier Affair and it seems to have um better built-in protection on the corners, and it also got a more significant lip around the screen as well, so if you drop it it should land on the edges. not the screen itself and but I haven’t really dropped it very much yet I’ve only dropped it a couple of times on hard wooden floors and stuff and tiles and it’s absolutely fine, but obviously I think I’ve landed it on his back not not the screen side up anyway. It has got a few cameras on it.

Its Got Um A 20 Megapixel Infrared Night

vision camera, which is quite cool so again if you’re out and about you don’t want to put any lights on. If you’re doing some stealth camping. You can just use the infrared camera to see where you’re going. You can take some photos as well that kind of stuff so that’s quite a nice little feature. It’s got a 48 megapixel Samsung main camera.

Its Got A 20 Megapixel Frontal

camera for doing selfies and stuff and it’s got a two megapixel. Macro camera as well, so you are really well catered For I found it absolutely fine for taking photos. I don’t use my phone massively for photography because I’ve always normally got a camera on me. I do like having his little backup and stuff and I’ll snap a few things for Instagram on there so so far. I’ve found absolutely fine.

Ive Used The Macro Lens Thats

that’s really quite cool and I’ve had no issues with the the main image quality. The only downside. I’ve got in terms of Camera and Video specifications. It doesn’t shoot UK I only show only shoots full UK like the one one 90 20. um so that is a tiny bit frustrating for me because if I was going to use it as a backup sort of waterproof camera, then I always shoot UK for UK so I wouldn’t be to use.

This For Uk Unless I Was

to shoot in UK and then try and upscale it and stuff which which wouldn’t be ideal um so if you don’t need UK. It’s not going to be a problem, but for me that’s the only downside to this phone that I’ve found so far in terms of what the blackview offers me is that UK footage so can I list the size specs as well in the description, but it is an absolute Beast. I mean I think I’ve got a reasonably big hands and it more than fills up my hand. It is really big as a size comparison I reviewed my black view phone a while back and you can see it is significantly bigger and chunkier than that so quite a different sort of design ethos, much bigger screen a little bit heavier different materials and thought different. approach to things, but yeah! It’s a really big chunky phone.

So For Some People Thats Going To Be

off-putting because you definitely do feel it in your pocket and when you’re hiking and stuff and if you’ve got in a jacket pocket you’ve got to waste you know you’ve got to hit band on your backpack and stuff trying to find someone to put it. It’s not always ideal and you’ll have to have a reasonably big hip belt pocket on your backpack to fit this phone in so that is one disadvantage if you are using now and a berries. It is. It is quite a big and bulky phone, but it’s got a nice screen. You know the screen is good um I’ve not had any problems with that at all the touchscreen’s really responsive.

It Has Got A Fingerprint Um

thing as well to unlock it. stuff that works really well actually um I’m not any problems with that In general, it’s been a really good phone so the only question now is am I going to keep using this one or am I going to go back to my black view, So the only thing I miss about on the black view is I do like it being a little bit smaller if I’m completely honest and it’s got a high resolution screen, but this has got a low resolution screen, but it’s a bigger screen so for my old eyes. Maybe the bigger screen is slightly better and the UK footage on this phone. I do miss as a as a backup, but I’m not that impressed with the camera on this phone. I think I’ve had nicer photos on this phone so fast so it is um a bit of a trade-off.

In Both Directions As To Which One

you go with but what I think I’m going to do is I’m going to continue using this phone over the winter. I’m going to take it out and see how it performs and put it in some difficult conditions, so I have been using this for quite a few weeks. Now it’s been on at least three or four wild camps with me and I’ve had no issues of it whatsoever so far so I’m hoping it’ll continue to perform whatever winter and stuff and that because of the rugged nature of it and the mini militia standard stuff it should be okay in cold weather as well because I know the black feeders make quite a lot of claims around how well it performs in cold weather and stuff. You can Chuck it in a freeze the rest of it. UK Don’t make any claims about What this phone can do in comparison? So just going to assume it’ll be fine and all the rest of it, but again.

I Want To Keep Using It Come Back

and then give you an update if anything goes wrong or if it’s performing really well. So the price of the phone, including the docking station, which is an extra. I think it’s about 319 dollars without it 339.
